This information is maintained in accordance with Australian taxation and corporate governance requirements. The minimum information you need to provide is highlighted on the Check Out form. Our accounting system is not accessible via external network services.
Personal information is not disclosed to any party other than the Directors of GHA Distributors Pty Ltd, who maintain all accounting records, unless required to do so by law.
Your email address is used to send out promotional material from time to time. If you do not wish to receive marketing material you may nominate this on the Check Out form. Promotional emails sent in a manner to ensure that other customers do not receive your email details.

Order details
A copy of the order form that you have submitted is kept in paper copy form in accordance with Australian taxation and corporate governance requirements. At present, GHA Distributors Pty Ltd maintains these orders for seven years.
