Some products, indicated on each product page cannot easily be sent overseas, due either to aerosol cans, or high acetone content. Please contact regarding shipping for these products prior to ordering.

Your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.
Australian personal cheques are accepted, however goods will not be shipped until cheques are cleared.
Online order processing has been provided using Rich Media Technology's Just Add Commerce application. Orders are stored on Rich Media's secure server until retrieved by BK Concepts for order processing. No information is transmitted via the email system.
We will notify you by email within twenty-four hours if we cannot fulfil your order as specified at the time you placed it and will provide you the option of cancelling the order without further obligation. You will not be billed until the order is shipped.
Our aim is to ship all orders within 3-4 days of the receipt of the order and approved payment. Orders accompanied by a personal cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared.
All prices are in Australian dollars ($AUD) and are normal retail for new goods.
BK Concepts retains the right to amend order prices/charges and to charge these to your credit card, providing the total charge does not exceed the amount originally authorised by you. Should circumstances require an amendment to your order which increases the value to be charged, you will be contacted via email for permission prior to any charges being made.
The Australian Government has, as of 1 July 2000, introduced a broad based Goods & Services Tax (GST). This tax is only applicable to sales made to Australian residents, hence we are now showing two prices for each product in our range.
The "Aust price" category is for the price for Australian residents and includes the GST component. The "Int'l Price" is for customers outside of Australia and its territories, and does not include GST.

When you proceed to checkout the prices shown will be GST exclusive (ie GST is not included). GST will be added separately to the total of your order (including freight) at checkout and is referred to as "Taxes " on the checkout form.
For business purposes, a full Tax Invoice will be included with the order.
Should you not be completely satisfied with your products, please return for a full refund. NOTE: Product should generally not be more than 20% used.
